MOULD DESIGNING
Based on a design or drawing, we carry out the study, design & product of tools in our complete mechanical workshop fully equipped with the latest machinery.
MOULD DEVELOPMENT
We perform professional plastic mold R&D and manufacturing, including finished product drawing review, 2D & 3D drawing of removal from mold, dimension measurements, and mold flow analysis, etc. Our integrated production processes, which include mold design, mold manufacturing, and plastic injection molding, can shorten customers' product development cycles. We are continuously improving our mold manufacturing quality, and have implemented a quality management system to control mold manufacturing processes. Our reputation is based on quality and advanced technology, and we can easily meet customers' product requirements.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING COMPONENTS
PLASMOTEK specialized in producing precision Plastic components weighing from 1 gm to 2 Kgs for automobile products, electronics and electrical items & consumer items.
We have skilled and qualified Engineers to maintain the Machines and Quality control department to maintain the quality of components in all dimensions.

ULTRASONIC WELDING
Ultrasonic vibrational energy at the interface of the plastic parts being joined causes the plastic to soften and flow in a fraction of a second. When the material is pressed together and resolidifies, the bond is made. No glues or solvents are needed. Tooling can be designed to secure and align the parts. Heating is confined to the interface area so the assembled part is not too hot to handle. Equipment can be integrated into automated lines.
